Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges . Our intentions are not to do bad business. This is to help protect the integrity of the business and the quality of the items. Items are not handled by anyone until they purchase them. We offer consignment services and have a responsibility to our clients to protect their items while they are with us.
24 HRS FOR BUYERS REMORSE
To be fair to our buyers, we do allow 24 hours for buyers remorse. Purchased items are held for 24 hours before they are shipped. If you email us within 24 hours after purchase , and would like to cancel your order. You will receive a full refund, hassle free. Purchases made on a Friday have a longer time for buyers remorse as Items do not ship until the following Monday.

DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
We have never had an issue with damage. We will update the site if and when it happens. Even though this has never happened, Canadian Graded Comics is prepared for it. We take videos of your purchases as they are being boxed. All shipments are tracked and insured. Once your item is delivered, you are responsible for it. If you received an item that has been damaged during shipping, you have 24 hours to contact us. Take photos of the damage right away, as the photos will be needed for the shipper.
